Welcome! I’m glad you are here - that you’ve found my page and are on a wellness journey to being and becoming your truest and best self.
I specialize in life coaching and Reiki practice, and I look forward to sharing either or both with you.
Life Coaching
I became a life coach after traveling my own journey of obstacles, self doubt and questioning. I found that my greatest roadblocks to fulfillment and joy were my own self-criticisms, my own painful thoughts from the past, and the expectations of culture, family and society that I had internalized, but were not true for me.
These external voices became the voice in my head. The cacophony of demands and criticisms were not cheering me on. They were not helping me see my own inner beauty and strengths, nor were they concerned about if or where I find joy, or where my passions burn their brightest.

I am here to tell you that my passion burns brightest for seeing others well, content, joyful, peaceful, and full of knowing that they are exactly who they are meant to be. You are beautiful and worthy of love, time and care. My passion burns brightest when I see you – and every soul I meet - reveling in the pure love and delight of that knowing.
Why I Became a Reiki Practitioner
My practice is focused on helping clients recognize their own strengths, so that you can make your own decisions and realize you have this knowledge in yourself. As a Master Reiki practitioner, I channel the energy of Reiki. I take no credit for the healing that takes place, but open myself as a conduit for Reiki to do its work. I simply help target its destination.
My belief system is founded on knowing that we’re all on this messy, perfect journey of life together. Every human, elephant, squirrel, snail, fruit fly – we’re all on a journey, and some of our paths intersect and overlap, or become obscured. I believe our energy is born from a universal fabric of love and light, and that our perfect energy is shaped by our experiences beginning at conception and continuing throughout our lives. Sometimes we need help reconnecting to the universal love that is all around us. We are human. We are shaped by culture, families and experiences, but we are all growing toward the light. We may be doing things differently and living life differently, yet we are still striving for the same things: peace, comfort, freedom, safety, purpose.
How Reiki Can Help You
As a life coach and Reiki practitioner, I believe we are all whole, beautiful, wise beings. We are the wisest resources in and of our own lives. Sometimes we get stuck, and it helps to be reminded that we are the masters of our own destiny. We are all capable creators, striving toward our passions, comforts - our truths.
